1. Accounts

1.1 Account Creation You must create an account to access certain Site features. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it as needed. Failure to do so may result in account termination.

1.2 Account Responsibilities You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We are not liable for losses from your failure to maintain account confidentiality.

1.3 Account Restrictions and Verification

• You may not use someone else’s identity or payment method.
• Multiple identities and shared accounts are prohibited.
• We reserve the right to request identity verification.
• Accounts may be suspended or terminated at our sole discretion.

1.4 Funding Discretion Passing an evaluation does not guarantee a funded account. We reserve the right to grant or deny funding.

2. Access to the Site

2.1 License We grant you a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for personal use.

2.2 Restrictions You may not:

• Sell, lease, or distribute the Site or its content
• Reverse engineer or attempt to derive source code
• Use the Site for competitive analysis or product development

2.3 Prohibited Use Forbidden practices include but are not limited to:

• High-Frequency Trading (HFT)
• Latency Trading
• One-Sided Betting
• Arbitrage or Hedging Across Accounts
• Exploiting server errors or platform glitches
• Account sharing or use of third-party providers

2.4 Purchases All purchases are final and non-refundable.

2.5 Forbidden Trading Practices We prohibit manipulative trading. Violations may result in suspension or termination without refund.

3. Challenges and Evaluation Rules

Expert Challenge

• Profit Target: 8% of starting balance
• Daily Drawdown: None
• Max Drawdown: 3% trailing, locks after reaching 3% return
• Max Position Size:
  • $50K account: 5 contracts
  • $100K account: 10 contracts
  • $150K account: 15 contracts
• Minimum Trading Days: 4 days, each with 0.5%+ profit
• Time Limit: None
• Post-Pass Steps: KYC, contract, open Rise account
• Activation Fee: None

Starter Challenge

• Profit Target: 6% of starting balance
• Daily Drawdown: 2% soft limit (account locked for the day)
• Max Drawdown: Same 3% trailing logic as Expert Challenge
• Max Position Size:
  • $50K account: 3 contracts
  • $100K account: 6 contracts
  • $150K account: 9 contracts
• Minimum Trading Days: 4 days, each with 0.5%+ profit
• Time Limit: None
• Post-Pass Steps: Same as Expert Challenge
• Activation Fee: $129

4. General Trading Policies

• Trading News Events: Prohibited 2 minutes before and after Tier-1 news events.
• Overnight & Weekend Holds: Overnight okay, weekend not allowed. All positions must be closed before market close on Friday.
• Payouts: Processed within 48 hours.
• Max Capital Allocation: $500,000 across all accounts (evaluation + funded).

5. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims or damages from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.
6. Third-Party Links & Ads We are not responsible for content or practices of any third-party websites linked from our Site.
7. Disclaimers Site provided “as-is” without warranties. We disclaim all express or implied warranties.
8. Limitation of Liability We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
9. Term and Termination We may terminate or suspend your account for any reason without notice.
10. General

10.1 Changes to Terms We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use indicates acceptance.

10.2 Dispute Resolution Disputes resolved through binding arbitration per the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

10.3 Export Compliance You agree to comply with applicable export laws.

10.4 Restricted Countries We do not accept traders from Afghanistan, Iran, North Korea, Russia and Venezuela. (This list is subject to change). 

10.5 Electronic Communications By using the Site, you consent to receive communications electronically.

10.6 Entire Agreement These Terms are the full agreement between you and us regarding Site use.

10.7 Trademarks All trademarks and logos on the Site belong to us or respective owners.
